Return Policy

Once in a blue moon, you may have some questions about our kublet device (the "Product"). Before you return anything, why don’t you write to our awesome customer support team at [email protected]? We will work with you to make things right and get you back in the game!

If the Product still doesn’t work for you, you can return the Product under our no questions asked return policy subject to the conditions set out below.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us on thekublet.com.

  • 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving a Product to request a return, based on our tracking records.
  • Shipping fees. You are responsible for all shipping fees and costs and any applicable import taxes.
  • Conditions for returns.
    • Products are returned in the original packaging in same condition as received,  with all labels and screen protector still applied;
    • Products are unused;
    • Goods are received into our warehouse within a 60 day period after receiving a Product;
    • Goods must be marked as “Returned Goods”; and
    • You must provide us with the tracking details for the returned goods within 7 days of initiating your return.
  • Process for returns. To start a return, send us an email at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your email subject should state “Request for Refund”. In your email, include the following:
      1. First and last name
      2. Email
      3. Mobile phone number
      4. Order number
      5. Reason for return
      6. Has the packaging been opened
      7. Any damage to report
      8. Photos of the package unopened, or if opened, the photos of the Product in the package.
    • Excluded items. Sale items or cable accessories cannot be returned. 
    • Refunds for returns. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Kublet will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    • Purchasing Kublet for intentional temporary use at private or public events, weddings, conferences or performances is not permitted within the tolerance of our return policy.
